We know that sometimes it can be difficult to get out for lunch.  We also know that when you do get out that your time is limited and you want to spend it doing something a bit more fun or productive than hanging around in a slow moving queue in a busy sandwich shop. Even if you're just popping out for a breath of fresh air - you won't get that in a hot overcrowded shop!

Wouldn't it be great if someone brought your lunch directly to you so you can get on with doing something else?  Well, that's what we do - we give you back that bit of time each day that you would otherwise have spent queuing for your lunch.

But it's not just about convenience, it's about giving you a great tasting lunch.  Something that would be worth queuing for - but without the queue; if you know what we mean!

Before you go to our menu and see the delicious selection of food that you can order, we'll tell you a little bit more about our service.

The ordering process is simple, quick and secure.  Place your order before 10am, (this is the latest cut off time for same day deliveries but we also stop taking orders before this time if we reach our limit, so it's worthwhile ordering early),  we will deliver your lunch to you between 12noon and 1pm. For this delivery deadline to be met, the service is only available to select parts of Edinburgh. These areas can be identified from the postcode search facility on our home page.  You can also order a day, or up to 5 working days in advance.

It is essential that your delivery address has an easily accessible drop off point for your lunch to be delivered.  Usually it's the main entrance or reception of the address that you register with us, perhaps it's the staff room. But it's simply not practical for us to work our way around an office and hand deliver each lunch individually, so we do need a single drop off point.  All of our lunches are delivered in sealed bags and are clearly labelled with each customer's name, so you will have no problem quickly identifying which is yours. 

If you don't work at the drop off point, please ensure that you have consent from your colleagues who do, to accept the delivery on your behalf. We will send you confirmation by email as soon as your order has been dropped off, so there is no need for whoever collects the delivery to contact you.

To maintain our quailty standards we also limit the number of orders that we take each day.  As previously mentioned, this means that on some occasions we stop taking daily orders prior to our 10am deadline. So we would encourage all of our customers to place their orders early each day, or the day before, to avoid disappointment. Why not take advantage of our 5 day advance ordering facility and get your whole week planned. 

Finally, we use only the highest quality, freshest ingredients and we prepare all of our food daily to order. This ensures that the food we provide you with is not only as fresh as possible but that it is also free from the additives and preservatives that are often present in processed, pre-packed foods. However, with this philosophy and approach there may be occasions when certain items sell out. If this happens, we can only apologise, but be assured there will still be plenty of delicious alternatives available.

Just one more thing, all of our delivery bags and sandwich packaging is made from either recycled or sustainable forest paper.
